cm3.jpgcm3.jpg You are an alien with a mission to enslave planet Earth. But... you didn’t account for your size and can only take control of bugs. Well then! A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Let’s go!

You possess different types of bugs, each with unique abilities. When you take control of a bug, you can level it up by defeating enemies. Progress for each bug type is saved between possessions. Bonuses from leveling up are inherited and apply no matter which bug you're controlling. To heal, you must possess a new bug, and you’ll also swap health with it.

Great work! I really enjoyed it. It was so tense and exciting when I was being swarmed by the bugs. I like the primitive art style, and the way the original body disappears when switching bugs is a nice detail. However, the upgrade feature doesn’t seem to work? I tried a few times but couldn’t successfully upgrade. My favorite is the little green bug because it can automatically send out clones to attack. Also, I feel like the skill that shoots attack orbs forward is a bit underwhelming, because when I’m dodging the bugs, there’s usually nothing in front of me. Maybe if it fired backward instead, it would be more useful for damage output.![9fb0580cafc8f89455d7db237eb9114.png](///raw/671/26/z/67c2b.png)

You level up your skills after killing 4 bugs for the first upgrade, and then every 2 kills afterwards. For example, to upgrade melee damage to level 2, you must kill 4 bugs with the pink beetle. After that, every 2 kills with this beetle will give you +1 level to melee damage.

this is a really cool little simple loop! I would love to see a level with a bit more fun rustling around grass finding out whats around corners and not an open field to mix up the encounters as opposed to seeing them always coming for you. There were a few too many stats to fiddle in different directions on screen and I suspect you could make each new bug feel a bit cooler by making them act in slightly different ways and less knowing exactly what stats are up and what stats are down.

But I'm scope creeping for you :) I liked it!

That's a cool idea! But the balance is weird, to be honest. Also lacked in addition to music with sound. otherwise the game looks whole and finalizing it can be released on phones, for example! Well done)

I found it quite difficult because the fights seem too balanced (I mean, if you fight, you'll lose a lot of life) also, the ranged attack is quite complicated... I think automatic aiming or a visual for cooldown would be useful!

This at its core is quite a clever twist on the horde survival genre.
