Good game! I really liked the music and the hand-drawn art, super charming. That little green ant dude got me on my first run, but by the second run, I finally used the specials (because, let’s be honest, who reads manuals? 😄). Great job for your first jam, well done!

Woo I got to the end! It took me three tries x.x I settled on a strategy of just repeatedly shooting the same anthill on the screen regardless of whether there was anything there, with the assumption that eventually something would spawn there just in time to be killed. This strategy definitely carried me through the game, enough that I never had to use any sugars.

I really liked the different ant designs, though I never figured out whether the larger brown or blue ghost type ants had any different powers other than being larger (easier to hit) and looking different--just killed them too quickly to find out. To be fair, that's my strategy with IRL ants as well. Not going to sit around to see what happens to me. The GAME OVER screen really confirms my worst fears.

This has really good graphics and very fitting with the theme. I'm also jealous that you got this embedded into your page, lol. Great job!

Fun little game, couldn't quite see the differenze in some of the ants other than looking different but enjoyed the minute i got to play :D

Cute sprites for the ants! I do feel like at a certain point it didn't feel like you really needed to use the special abilities, throwing rocks was more than good enough to even get rid of the "boss" ants. Good work!

A very cute little game :D The throwing sound can get a tiny bit annoying after a while maybe try to have an array of throwing sounds and randomize it! :)
