Simple to understand, easy controls, fun to play. Spiderbro gets my vote. I mean the only minor critique is that the web effect could have been a bit slicker, but it doesn't detract from the game in any way. Good stuff :8ball:

Neat game! I'd pay for spiders this efficient at catching moskitoes :D

Music also felt very fitting! I did find it a bit hard to aim the nets tho!

🕷️ Great game! Simple controls and clear mechanics make it very exciting! 🕸️ The music perfectly complements the atmosphere, and catching flies turned out to be more fun than I expected! 🎶 A little difficult to aim the nets, but this adds to the challenge. Overall, super job! 💪👏

Very fun game! Honestly, I love the effect of how the spider launches its web. The mechanics are very well done and the game is addictive. I would have liked to see how the fly takes a bite to me or how it gets trapped in the spider’s web - I'd love that visual effect. Even so, the game has been a lot of fun for me, and for a Compo format, it's awesome. Great game!

@oddballdave, @multiplexor, @sviborg, @badbons, @milq Thanks to you all! This time I tried with a simpler idea, and didn't put in it such an effort as other times, but I'm already concerned of polishing it and adding more music, in addition to repairing the record counter, that is not working after exporting to web.

Nice idea and use of theme for a short game :)
Scored 33 so far ! Also liked the idea of seing night fall come along with difficulty increasing ^^

Great little game and really liked the annoying-mosquito-soundtrack! I wonder if the nets could dissolve in time? I accidentally shot the first one in bad place and felt like I lost it for quite some time...

Neat game. As afraid as I am of spiders, they get a bad rep. And playing as one to keep a home pest free is a charming concept.
The art is cute but the music got a little annoying after a while. The game could also use some kind of feedback when the mosquitoes get past your defenses.

Clever mechanic! Can definitely imagine the "full" version of this game, with different bugs to catch, types of web, etc... 🤩
