HUMAN IN A WORLD OF MACHINES.

This is a rule discovery game. It's up to you to understand how the world and the creatures work. Hold on until winter comes.

Levels are randomly generated. Not every level will have a solution, but most of them will, once you know what all tiles and machines do.

This is a really interesting game! The traps were funny and I really liked how the wolf chases other creatures around! It took me a while to realize how to pass a day. Idk if this is good, but my highscore is november 26.

Very interesting concept and aesthetically the game looks great. Fun to play, and the respawn when you die is quick enough to not make dying a lot annoying. Really liked this, great job.

This look and feels great. I think generating levels in such a way that they are passable would really tie this together. This is a cool base to work off from adding more creatures and interactions, good job!

LOVE the vibes in this, and the concept. I agree with hajpappan that the respawn is so quick that dying isn't annoying. The game's hard but in a good way. I do think it should be a lil bit easier, and maybe after the jam you could update it with a few more traps and creatures to make it feel more varied. Great job!

Thanks for the game, I had a great time! The aesthetics are spot on—graphics, sound, atmosphere, even the font is perfect. I love low-res pixels and that 1-bit vibe—it's my weakness. Keep it up, because you've already nailed the most important thing: style, haha! I gave it about 30 tries but couldn’t get past day 5. Still, I was super curious to see what comes next!

Fun and intuitive! The atmosphere was really well set with the subtle sound effects and the little bit of text really help set the mood, the limited graphics served it well in that regard too. The creatures' behaviors were fun to figure out and I find myself herding the deer to the electric landmine a lot. Maybe I got lucky my first try cuz I thought it was too easy but on a second playthru I immediately got chased down by a wolf lol. A lot of fun! -Swan

A fun little Rain-World day-passing food-gathering ecosystem. I enjoyed figuring out what things did, but even after I had stopped learning what the pieces of the puzzle were, I still found it difficult to win. I wish there were more little behavioural quirks, like deer being slower to react when they're eating, or some animals not noticing you unless you move. I had a small bug that prevented me from reloading, and the "you died of starvation on the Nth of November" seemed to sometimes not match what day I thought it was, but otherwise no issues. I liked how the text made me look at these relatively familiar animals in a metallic light.

I dig this aesthetic so much! This game has a really cool mood. However I think being that punitive quickly reduces my will to experiment and explore. It's a pretty cool idea overall

Great attention to detail with the audio, the ambience getting quieter when you were in the bushes helped signal when you were hidden from enemies. If it wasn't for that auditory feedback I think I would have found it difficult to distinguish between foliage that you can hide in and other regular parts of the environment. Music matched the minimalist visual style perfectly. Good job.

Very good aesthetic on this one. While simple, the art and audio worked very well for it. The gameplay took some time to figure out, but that could just be me being dumb, but once I figured it out, it was a lot of fun trying to figure out how to guide them into traps to deal with them that way. Well done, keep it up.

I found the text contrast made it a bit hard to read, but really nice graphics.

The mood of the game with its music, sound design and color is amazing.
Very refreshing and fun to discover the systems by myself. As other person stated, this made me think of rainworld in that sense.
Challenging yet doable in less than 15min and it's not even that frustrating to have impossible levels IMO since they are quite rare you don't feel cheated most of the time.
Amazing entry congratulation. :D

(PS: the wording for loosing has the day wrong I think ?)
