About the game being too fast-paced, that's a deliberate choice to avoid people getting bored too fast. After all, the goal is simply to cure as many patients as possible before dying, so slowing down the gameplay might even result confusing to some. I agree about certain abilities being even possibly inefficient in critical situations, but figuring out the perfect mix is also part of the game (the classic bug -> feature lazy excuse, lol)! I did not expect that. \n\nThe gameplay was frantic and fun. All the different patients added good variation to the game.\n\nThe left-\/right-click was a little hard to keep track of at first, since it was pretty arbitrary. I think I would have rather had another way to select that was a more obvious, but it eventually stuck with me anyway.\n\nAnother improvement might be to put more of the stats on the player character (like syringes), so that my eye had to travel less to keep track of inventory versus dangers.
