That is our first created game for university so go easy on us :3

Grandma has a tiny problem in her apartament, and pest control isn't coming so it's time to take matters into your own hands!

Make your way thorgh hoards of cockroaches in the best way you can possibly get rid of your problems - gun!

Pick up upgrades, summon pets and take risks, you are not some old, lazybone, couch-sitting gradma, you've got this.

Contols:

WASD Movement

Shoting is automatic towards your mouse.

Let's see if u can make it through.

P.S keep your volume low, like realy low. Fullsreen might work btw.

Loved the vibe, but was a little hard to tell the controls and that you aim the mouse but it shoots automatically. Also, some pause function would be great.

fun vampire survivor-like game. audio was pretty grating, but the game was fun. When I tried to resist the mutation I lost, and I was a bit confused by that. A bit more direction would be nice. Overall, the art is nice, the game is pretty fun, and I like the little dialogue that kind grandma with a glock has.

Fun! Leveling and UI made it feel like a proper game! Loved the pixel art, though the little roaches were a bit tough to see at times against the wood floor.

You were right about the audio, it's quite loud! Otherwise graphics are great, and the gameplay too. I had a lot of fun and this offers a lot of replayability, which is quite rare with jam games, so, well done! And I really have to buy and play Vampire Survivors. :)

Definitely some nostalgia here for Vampire Survivors! For some reason, grandma started shooting diagonally after getting her first powerup. The music and art were both cute.

Pretty nice little game, but it was kind of difficult to aim and to see where the bullets were going. I feel like the aim was pointing at the direction of the player/WASD keys and not at the nearest enemies? Maybe I'm wrong. And others have already mentioned the music, so I won't. :) Other than that, this one was nice and the theme and imagining that happening in real life was pretty funny. Nice!

Really nice first game. The music and art was great, and you really managed to put in a flot of features. Would have been nice for the gun to point at the mouse but time is allways a thing :sweat_smile:

Hey! I really like the visual aspect of the game. At first, I had little space to run, but you quickly get used to it by studying the map. The music fits perfectly. I had fun, thank you!

Fun game, loved the idea and concept. Think the visual clarity could use a bit of work, it was a bit hard for me to see the bullets and the enemies. I would suggest changing the color of the enemies to something that contrast with the background color (like a green), and maybe make the bullets visually bigger.

Fun game with a humoristic twist. I like it a lot but got stuck often with the furniture and in-between, overall you did a great job

An interesting game nice work, I really like how much effort you put into the graphics and humour of the game. It took me a little while to figure out how to fire your gun, it would be a nice touch if she face where you were aiming. I liked the audio and swearing ha! Great work :)

What an interesting game! Love the music choice and the sassy grandma. Aiming was a bit hard at first but I had a fun time playing, loved the art and the little details. Great job!

Readability of the action was a bit difficult with background, enemies, bullets and all having very saturated colors. Other than that, super fun entry!

Very good game! similiar to vampire survivors, though when there was mutation taking over pop up i would lose if i resisted or didnt resisted, good upgrades, loved design as well, 5 stars

Funny game, but feels unnecessary hard. I'd like to survive a bit longer so that I can get a lot of upgrades and shoot rain of bullets, but that small brats getting me too fast ;(

This is a neat little *Vampire Survivors* clone, but I feel like the balancing needs work. You shoot way too slowly, the cockroaches move quickly, and there's not much room for maneuver, so I think I got hit by more cockroaches than I actually killed. The game doesn't offer you upgrades quickly enough to keep pace with the roaches' strengthening, doesn't give you any indication of when the next upgrade is, and doesn't tell you that refusing to mutate will kill you (in which case, why even give you the option?) There's promise here, but it requires more balancing and better player feedback.

I love the progression over time and having the gun fire at intervals rather than being player-controlled is definitely a fun twist. The dialogue is great and I was not expecting that mutation! It does feel a little evil that the cockroaches can pass through obstacles but you can't... I guess they are "tiny" though lol. It's an addicting game!

Cool take on the theme, funny twist with mutaion and dialogues; odd collisions and delayed shooting makes things a bit hard but I enjoyed trying to combine updates to survive a bit longer.

Great game! The pixel art is stellar. And I love the music and sound effects! It is a bit easy to stuck on furniture and cockroaches that are coming from above or below player move so fast there is no time to react to them, which feels a bit unfair. But that are my only "complains". Besides that amazing entry!
