A cute little puzzle game as Mr. Fantastic prepares for date night! Very polished visually with a lot of effort expended in presentation--you don't often see voice acting in jam games!

Some of the puzzle mechanics are clever, but I do wish they'd been harder to solve. I'd also say that, while the dialogue was endearing, by the tenth consecutive "whoopsies dropped it again" I was hoping for a 'skip' button so that I could get back to the puzzle solving.

It was a cute little game, I just wish it had an actual end state rather than getting locked on staring at the mans face for all eternity. Especially since there's no pause or quit button

That was a really sweet game, enjoyed the puzzles and the storyline. Really cool way of telling the story of their relationship. I agree that it'd have been better with an end state after the final puzzle, but I still really liked the game. Nicely done!

Very funny and creative take on the theme, the puzzles were rather easy but I appreciated that because it also meant I could get to the voice acted parts quicker so I can hear more of the story. That was definitely the highlight for me

Very cool solution and exploration of the depth theme! I got a plasticine style vibe, which I think would be amazing in that execution! I passed all the levels, but sadly there was no conclusion at the end, bummer(((( Still, your game brought me so much joy! Awesome entry for the contest - wow!

@ammonit omg yes a plasticine style would be so cool for a game like this!! I might actually give that a try some time :eyes:

Yeah sadly we did not have the time for a proper end screen or end animation. We had big plans for that, which I'd love to add to a later version, but for now sadly its a bit anticlimactic.

Thanks for playing!!

Really creative concept for a puzzle game, although some levels felt like they were the same as the previous ones. I also think the dialogue was forced (especially at the beginning) and it was difficult to hear what the wife was saying.

But I am quite surprised with the controls. Sometimes mashing buttons may result in dropped inputs, but coupled with the animations of the hand, the experience felt quite smooth. Although I had a situation once where gravity wasn't being applied until I moved my hand past the wires

Funny how the stories in our games turned out kind of similar — and how differently the whole ‘ring retrieval’ idea can be done. Yours turned out way more interesting! :)

The puzzles and story are great! The animations on the hand were nice too. My biggest complaint is that, past a certain point, the voice lines become rather repetitive. Great overall entry

It caught me by surprise. The story and voice acting is good, the graphics and perspective well done, the puzzles scale so well and allow me to use some exploids (like putting two items in the same funnel). I had a great time on this one!

My recommendations:

1. Make a web version of it. I learn people usually don't download games and want to play as many as possible.
2. Cap the frames at 60 or another limit since my pc was going over 650 FPS and trigger my vents.

Its a neat qualitative game its just that it goes on for too long and theres no skipping this dialogue! Its not like the narrative is bad but it just gets repetitive and obvious. My computing device turned off right at the what i assume to be final level and I know how painstaking the return will be when theres unskippable dialogue and unturnable volume. The gameplay is epic and the level design + the number of levels is astounding but it just keeps going and going, like a dirty whine glass.

That was different! I like the creative idea and how you recorded dialogues. The gameplay is fun but I found myself spending most of the time listening to dialogue, I wish the gameplay was more of a focus especially since you have a bunch of interesting mechanics and obstacles. Nice work!

I rated this 5s across the board because of the absurd premise... and of how klutzy the husband is.

This was really great, fun mechanics and a lot of heart. My only criticism would be I think the below sink visuals don't match the charm of those above the sink.

That was really fun! The mechanics were interesting and introduced gradually enough that I never felt overwhelmed. Also the banter between the married couple was really sweet.
