That parallax background art is really cool! It feels like you really put a lot of work into it. Game is also really fun, and the controls are very intuitive

Very good entry! Gameplay and graphics are very self-explanatory and the "layer" levels offer a very good progression in difficulty. Personally, I would remove the time limit: getting through the level which throws you back when touching enemies is difficult enough in itself (and seeing that you only have 12 seconds left for the last layer, so obviously not being able to make it was a bit of a downer :D).

Good job, congrats!

I liked the level transition effect very much. Gameplay is simple, but works pretty well. Kudos!

Love the transitions between the levels, its a good concept. I got pretty mad from getting hit during the streams, setting me back over and over, felt the colliders were abit hard to read, but I might just have to git gud. Overall great game, had fun :D

controls of the game are pretty good, the player is bit slox to start but if you dodge evrything correctly it could give you a nice speedrun ! Gamefeel was nice, some part of the level design need some little work again but still it's fun =)

Fala amigos. Gostei muito do visual do game, da ideia, das animações do personagem e transição entre níveis. Só senti falta de pegar algum item de cura, talvez tenha mas não vi. kkk Meus parabéns. Fico feliz de ver mais Brs por aqui.

Wow, took me a few tries to make it to the end. It's a bit too punishing in the currents parts, considering the time limit, but overall it's pretty good. Gotta praise that parallax too, good job!

This was a lot of fun! I admit I struggled at some parts, but loved how easy to play it was. Loved the background and the transitions, it certainly gives it a heck of a lot more personality. Played, voted ! Great game ♥

As others have said, that parallax background is absolutely wonderful, nice work! I also thought the game controlled very well, it wasn't too drifty or too tight in my opinion.

I do think the timer for getting through the whole thing is a fairly restrictive choice though. Maybe a timer per layer and if they don't make it through, just reset that layer?

Oh and the art looked great overall, but it was a little jarring to see some of the obstacles at a different pixel size (the green orbs). If all the sprites in the game were the same pixel size, it will instantly tie the graphics together even more.

Great parallax and art direction, though coulda scaled those assets a little bet less maybe, and the controls were good fun but I think maybe I hit the challenge wall and wasn't able to make it all the way through, those flowing sections were extra hard!

Very nice art direction and way to show the porgress of the player ! On the transition to the last level, I got teleported directly into the wall ^^ But that did not prevent me from enjoying the game : overall very nice entry.

This game is really well put together, I phased through some walls but it didn't take me out of the game one bit. I found myself just pretending the walls worked anyway to play how it was meant to be played, more than partially out of respect for the huge worm colon I was approaching rapidly and how cool it looked. Everything in this game looks great, love our crab protagonist and the name krabby asscape is a winner for sure. Really great work!

Nice one ! I managed to asscape, after a fat half hour of retries ; seing level progression definitely kept me hooked in difficult times ! I could not give up while understanding how close I was getting to the exit :) About that, good job with background art that has his own style and I especially enjoyed. It was also supercool to have intro/outro screens also in a more pixelart style.
I loved the main cacrabter, looking so determined and cute at same time.
I also appreciated a lot the difficulty curve and level design, managing to create very interesting patterns across levels, and well balanced to let the player learn shortcuts and optimize path to reach the end. Music was nice too, and good uses of the theme !
Good job !

Fantastic background parallax effect/transition, great music/ambient design, very smooth controls. Difficulty rises with level progress, and some passages are really tight and requires skill. What I would like that blue streams shows direction of push more obviously.

I am not a skilled gamer. This is evident from just how long I spent failing at your game before I finally managed to beat it by glitching through a wall, resulting in a totally empty victory. I was motivated fully by the idea that there would be an animation or even a frame of a crab crawling out of an asshole when I beat it. Of course you very well know that there is no frame of a crab crawling out of an asshole at the end of this game, but in pursuit of that desire I played your game for - and this is not an exaggeration at all - 2 hours and 28 minutes over the course of 3 streams. Here is a link to every single time I played your game, where if I had just been more methodical and had stopped trying to brute force my way through the worm's ass I could have probably done it in half that time. Anyway I like the game! Cool crab.

Hey @deadroach, we really appreciate your videos man, we had lots of laughs watching them!!
So to make up for your hard work, we will add a "crawling out of an asshole" scene at the end, some balance in the difficulty and add a mode without the timer to help the people that just want to see some ass crawling! hahaha
We will add this soon after the end of the Jam and send you the link! Thank you very much!!
