About the game
Your trusted colleague, a brilliant scientist, had taken your joint project, the state of the art EvoAdaptive SymbioSub, on a solo, deep sea, exploration trip. Back in college, you two were roommates, the two of you dreamed about creating such a vessel. After graduation, the two of you worked together for years in order to make those dreams into reality. However, their impulsive nature led them to take the first working prototype on a joyride. That was a year ago. Building another one by yourself was a monumental endeavor, fueled by rage and betrayal. You have your own EvoAdaptive SymbioSub now. It is time to discover the fate of your partner and your shared dream.

Took a few tries to get the early game management right but then I made it all the way down in one go.
Upgrades were cool, loved seeing the sub upgrade with each tier.
Light effect really helped sell the mood. I disliked how hard the ship was to control but it did add a lot of tension at the ending with how narrow that pipe was. I wonder if you could have achieved the same thing with more mass instead of less thrust.
Really cool entry, nice work!
The tether is maybe a little thin, I was unable to tell I was firing it initially.
