Really fun game! Thanks for including the tips in the description—they were super helpful. I had a bit of trouble understanding what to do at first before reading it. Also, really cool that there’s progression with upgrades.

Amazing entry! I like the push-you-luck aspect of gathering souls on the way down to absorb damage on the way up.

Fun game! And it has some potential to be expanded further. Clever use of Orpheus & Eurydice.

Really cool game! Loved the artstyle, gameplay was fun - swinging mechanic added good challenge to it! Is that Diogenes I rescued there? Why was my man in hell anyway?? :D

@nonumbersgames Don't worry, everyone goes to hades! All of the characters are morally respectable.

Honestly this is a perfect jam game to me. Easy to pickup, fun to play and funny. The drawings and animations have a ton of character as well, kudos for that!

Fun little experience, did have to figure out I could use extra souls as "shield" but once I got that really got in the swing of it!

Euridyce performed admirably under pressure, never losing confidence for even a second. Fun game!

I found my Orpheus!
I liked playing Eurydice. I loved the "aouch" SFX. Spammed it.

Thanks to the traders, it wasn't too repetitive and the “fails” weren't too punishing.
I'd even just look for white ghosts nearby and get slingshoted.
The two-stage runs are really interesting, with the “life bar” being the ghosts, very meta, very smart.
Thanks for making sure that the white ghosts come out first when you get hit, and so on in ascending order of rank.

Very cute game. Love how you guys made something simple so engaging! Gotta say dodging the ghosts was more engaging than dodging the demons lol. Very fun to try and grab double blues and skip the guys escorting the greens

Art is very cute and the audio/music is quite pleasant as well. It took me a bit to get how to start the game though, so maybe just add a text saying to use spacebar at the beginning. Nice game! :)

You keep me hooked to the very end! Progression system really kept me engaged and by the time I was done I felt very skilled at the swinging dodges.

Really nailed every category on this one. Great entry!

I really enjoyed this and I love the hand drawn aesthetic to it. I would like to somehow have an indication that an attack is about to happen so that I have a little time to react, but everything else was a ton of fun. Great work!

Cute art and chill music tastefully contrasts the theme. You can have a chill game about rescuing souls from hell right? However, I did find it annoying when the character bounces off the wall. It makes dodging really hard when you are trying to bring souls back to the surface.

Loved it! Really cute art that looks even better in motion. At first I was confused as I didn't get that the main goal was to avoid the ghost so I just kept picking them up . I didn't expect an upgrade system and wasn't sure how far it would go, I'd probably play it longer but it felt just right in length. Fun game loop and I like the small differences in both gameplay and mood between going down and up.

This was fun and *very* cute :) I absolutely loved the sound design in general, but I especially loved the way the music changed on the way back up - That song was stuck in my head all morning!

I really enjoyed the shift in gameplay style on the way back up as well - Staying somewhat in control of the frantic swinging physics was a lot of fun :)

Well done!

The idea of the game is nice and there is a lot of humor, it just needs the impacts to be more pronounced and a little nervousness in the controls

The sound effects were amazing, even though I'm pretty sure the whooshing noises were just mouth sounds

Art style reminds me of old-school flash games, which I'm pretty nostalgic for these days. Fun little game, felt pretty well balanced overall, and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Great work!
