Great name for a game by the way, you definitely are winning in the "games named forest depths" category.

The atmosphere in this one is absolutely amazing with the ambient sound in there and everything it's really engaging.

It was a little scary. It's crazy what a good atmosphere can do. Seeing the voxels and with the cartoon association I was making, I didn't expect to be surprised by the atmosphere. Good work!

The game is nice, atmospheric. The controls are a bit unresponsive but you can play
Thanks for the game :)

The game has an amazing atmosphere. I even like the limited visibility. However, the controls feel a bit clunky, and there’s no option to adjust mouse sensitivity. Also, I wish there was a way to predict enemy actions.

Great atmosphere, felt very panicked running through the forest. Could not find that 5th key. That key through the gap annoyed me as well.

Very well done.

You're among the elite group of people who has a working unity build. Most of the games in the LD made with unity never made that far, so you got some extra points for that. Deep in the forest is good theme for this LD57, (I used that too), so its awesome to see how far people can do with the forest theme. Extra points for the key picking to work and nice sound effects when you find a key.

The scenery is nice to look at, and the game is effective at creating a tense, terrifying atmosphere and a sense of urgency when running from danger. Well done!

I so did not expect this game to be so heckin' spooky! What a pleasant surprise

You see the aesthetics and the premise is pretty straight forward, yet that big blob of smoke chasing you certainly builds up a lot of tension (particularly if you get stuck in narrow areas with trees and all that). Really loved the mood it builds, limited visibility and all

Voted, loved it, fantastic game ♥

Great atmosphere on this! It can get quite tense when you're on a tight area. I like the static sound the purple smoke makes when you get close to it. I would maybe make the FOV a bit higher (or make it configurable), since it's quite hard to navigate when the game feels so zoomed in as it does now.

The spooky vibes are immaculate. Loved the mood, the sound effects, and really enjoyed just getting lost in the spooky darkness trying to find my way around. Great work!

Loved everything about this. The hidden key on the ruins was very evil of you lmao, but it was a fun experience overal. Amazing job

Hope there will be a mouse sensity for the game cause it makes me feel dizzy with high movement. The environment atmosphere is very good, vfx nice. Good job!

Holy moly I was not expecting some of the jump scares that happened to me lol - really great atmosphere, the sound design goes really hard here.

Great job with the atmosphere! It really makes you feel the tension, specially when the enemy approaches.

Like the mood created with the visuals and sound design - spooky indeed. Got a little lost, but overall nice entry.

I was running around a lot, but I finished it! Cool game, it's addictive. Once, running away from the fog through the trees, I climbed beyond the level, but there I got into a portal and was thrown back to the fork with a choice.

Nice work on the theme and on the simplistic visuals! I really love the atmosphere. I was struggling a little bit with the camera movement and the colliders, but otherwise real good job! :sunny:

Nice horror game! it was a bit scary, but then I went into the monster myself and died. It's cool that there is a leaderboard! I liked it

Having a clearer indicator of say.. damage with a healthbar or something along those lines might
help with making the enemy clearer. Especially since you lose all of your progress if you die.

Some great sound design in this.
It created a strong sense of atmosphere in the game.

The crow puzzle was pretty good. I had some trouble figuring out where the key was after that.

Overall though - I had fun playing through to where I got to.

Really good ambiant sounds and atmosphere!

I felt a little lost sometimes, but it adds to the genre, so this is not a bad point!

Great job!
