Closing Thoughts:
I definitely need to account for level building and testing for my jam entries. This time I didn’t manage to build more than one level for “The Depths” which is a bummer, as one half of the gameplay loop relied on there being multiple intersecting levels… (Perhaps I’ll get to it in a post-jam version) While I’m satisfied with the gameplay loop, graphics, sound and so on, I realized that my skills are lacking in the effects department… Overall tho I had a lot of fun in this Jam!
Known Issues:
-Laser flickering when rotating the cube
-Moving towers moving to the wrong positions when rotating the cube

This is an awesome concept for a game! Your simple and readable design made it a lot of fun to wander around the map, and the use of the four sides of a cube for the world is awesome. I really enjoyed figuring out how the lasers worked on the second map (although an indication of which way the redirection circles were facing would have been nice, I didn't realize my interaction with them did anything for a while). Sound effects were simple and effective. I can only share your regret that there was only one level, I wanted more. Fantastic job!

I really liked the movement of the environment. It fit in very nicely with the player movement concept and the platformer gameplay. I was a bit lost as to what my goal was a few times, but this is a huge vibe of a game!
