Lore

A desperate photographer needs to take stellar photos of animals around the world to support himself. If he does well, he may even be accepted into the top photography academy! Help him achieve his goals by building his portfolio. He must take the shots while the animals are in their natural habitat. He is poor so his camera has limited storage and can only take 15 pictures for his portfolio. He has shaky hands, so make sure to time your shots and zoom in and out to get the perfect shot. He has a to-do-list of animals to make the perfect portfolio !

I actually came up with Depth of Field and I liked that idea, but did not end up doing it.
Animals are cute and well-drawn.
I am not super clear on why photos are accepted/rejected though.

An interesting implementation of the theme, I really like the art in the game. The animals look very cute, I like them.

Beautifull sprites !! I think it would have been nice to have the animals on different Z planes, in order for us to need to play with the focus of the camera. After several shot I kept coming back to the main menu, I don't know what I did wrong :(

This game just has super drawn graphics. The animals turned out very cute, but they seem to hang in the air a bit. Found a lot of bugs in the game. For example, I was able to take a picture of my printer, pass the level without taking pictures of the animals and see the camera where it shouldn't be

Very unique game and a very good use of the theme depth. Something that I didn't expect and I am really impressed with what you guys were able to come up with! Keep it up!

I caught a bug where I can only make 3 images, 1 is accepted, 2 are not accepted and 3 are accepted. Then the game returns to the main menu

Love the animal sprites. I agree w/ another commenter that it would have been nice to have the depth of field be a puzzle element and need to find the right focus for the shots ;) This could end up being a great kids' game!

The idea of collecting images is nice, tho the check seems too easy. Still nice artwork :)

I like what you did with the theme, and that you added context to the focus mechanic ! I don't know if it was intended, but after each biome i went back to the menu and it was a bit confusing, the first time I thought i lost but i didn't. Anyway, good job !

I really like the ambiance of the game, the musics are really cool !
Drawings are pretty cool, even if maybe more background could have even more things.

Cute animals and great art, but needs a bit more feedback on user action. i just get thrown back to the main menu not knowing if i did something wrong or the game had an error and defaultet to the main menu as fallback. Also i had pictures rejected even tho it was clearly visible and centered on the picture not knowing why it was bad compared to the other accepted pictures i took.

Not sure if I was doing something wrong, but as soon as I arrived at the destination, I could not move the camera and no keypresses seemed to do anything. Had to alt-f4 out of it. Shame, cause the art was really good and it sounds like an interesting idea.

Nice short and simple photo game! I thought it was going to be tough requiring me to go deep and time it properly to take a shot but turns out it was waay simple than that.
I did complete the game though and got accepted to university.
This game could be better if we weren't sent to main menu after each photo session and each animal require extra effort to find and photo.

This is an adorable game; the artwork is amazing, and the music is really well made! I do agree with others: there are quite a few bugs. I think at one point I took a photo of the printer. I still got accepted to UNIVERSITY though, so it's okay. You all should definitely continue working on this game! It's got a lot of potential. Great job!

The art in the game is beautiful, and the concept itself is pretty nice! I'm not a personal fan of the camera shake on zoom in, and being sent back to the main menu was a bit of a hassle although i understand it might have been the quickest and easiest solution! The music got pretty bugged for me as well, where multiple tracks played at the same time. Overall very good job on this!
