Inner Worlds by ryusui
Francis, Alexis, and Louisa are three best friends with dramatically different personalities and outlooks on life. One dreadful day, a terrible argument finally broke out between them, and as their relationship fractured, they found themselves drawn into the Depths, a place which makes their thoughts and emotions into reality.
Unfortunately, their turmoil and conflict took on a shape of its own in the Depths: as their friendship broke apart, so did their very bodies! Now scattered in pieces across the Depths, only one way forward remains for them: to reconcile and reconnect by exploring their inner worlds!
Reassemble the trio and unlock their lost talents as you proceed. Frances uses her strength to topple obstacles, Louisa leaps over holes in the ground without a care, and Alexis's introverted nature lets her avoid enemies and reveal secrets. Beware of hazards in the Depths: death is only a minor inconvenience, but there are dozens of deadly traps and hostile spirits eager to bar your escape regardless!
Keyboard controls: WASD/arrow keys to move, Space/Z to perform actions.

Some of the later abilities were not explained, I got stuck for a while not realising you can punch the pillars and the search ability felt like an accidental discovery.
Managed to get the the end eventually. The movement did feel a bit slow and some of the timings were a bit tight.
But the game seems confusing and drawn out (the characters are slow). There are not enough sounds.
It's really cool, good job!
@jonathan-vinesar A map would probably not work well for this game because the world is not connected linearly (as you might have noticed with how you reach the heart switch!) That said, yeah, it could use some additional hints/clues; I realize some things are not adequately conveyed to the player!
Some thoughts: Some levels do take some time to load but i guess that's a html's version thing. The jump/leap being unable to fall in the hole is a nice touch. You know what would be very cool (although i understand it would be expensive in terms of time"? A map, even an schematic one in a tile map. Also a "return to last portal" would be nice so you don't have to walk back in case you encounter a door you have not opened yet. I would suggest adding sounds and effects next time, even some basic ones. Makes the same game look and feel so much better with very little effort. It's worth adding them even if it means making a couple less levels!
In any case, nice job and nice entry!
Good job! Very solid and cool game, even though had some problems.
Good job, bro. I like your style and your idea. A very deep game!
I would like to see a minimap for better navigation. As it stands it's easy to get lost.
