About the Development

After discovering the Stencil Buffer in Godot and all the neat applications of it, I decided that I would use this jam to experiment with a "game within a game" concept where the game being played makes use of real-world objects, kind of like Augmented Reality (AR). Being that this is my first time messing with Stencil Buffering, I spent most of the jam trying to fix technical hiccups and rendering issues, before coming to a compromise on how objects would be rendered, so if you see objects overlay like they are in front of some objects with no depth considered, that's why. This means I didn't quite implement all the mechanics that I wanted to implement, which is why it seems lacking or tacked on. Something for future me to experiment and play around with!
