Doesn't fit the theme at all. Maybe just write down some backstory, to set focus for the player.
Where is he, who are those people?
It's great !
I think there's tons of places where you could go with this. Please, please develop it into a full game with polished graphics and a game UI. Playing this game felt like playing a Myst game for the first time - just discovering the world as I walked through it. It's one of the rarest experiences in games for me, and I can't remember any other LD game where I've felt the same way.
So yes, it doesn't link the theme that much, but it was an absolutely stunning game and a beautiful experience. Please continue with it.
I would love to see this developed further however. As others have suggested a puzzle game with objectives to achieve in each possessed person's perspective to solve a larger problem could be awesome.
Minor remark: please capture the mouse cursor, I hate when it wanders out of the game (two monitors).
Great job. Very nice mood !
