Planetary Shenanigans by shieldofvalour

[raw]
made by shieldofvalour for LD33 (COMPO)
I decided to combine the themes 'attraction', 'a world in the sky' and 'you are the monster'.

You are directed to exterminate some creatures denoted 'space bugs' in a dense asteroid field, but you have run out of fuel! You have been plentifully supplied with ammunition, though, so you can use that as reaction mass.

The asteroids have gravity, and if you get too mixed up with shooting space bugs you may unexpectedly find yourself spiralling in to a crash landing.

This game was a test for me to see if I could implement a fun game with gravity sources, and to try out some things in paint.net.

A difficult game by nature since all the objects are clumped together so much.

They are some good ideas (gameplay, shoot to move, score tab...) but the game is a bit difficult and redundant.
