The GUI element for it is currently still a WIP. I'm hoping to have be a pop-up menu that pauses the game when it's open and shows where the lights are. I would also like a minimap, which shouldn't be too difficult since the game already has a grid system in place for the wire scripts to know which wires to power. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the progress on this. Maybe I can convince the team to help make this a real game that could be published on something like Itch.IO or, if we're so lucky enough, Steam.","comments":0,"created":"2017-08-18T03:55:04Z","files":[],"files-timestamp":0,"id":48995,"love":1,"love-timestamp":"2017-08-18T06:34:44Z","meta":[],"modified":"2017-08-18T06:34:44Z","name":"Still working on the Post-Mortem version of our game","node-timestamp":"2017-08-18T04:16:43Z","parent":38158,"parents":[1,5,9,32802,38158],"path":"\/events\/ludum-dare\/39\/escape-from-vlast\/still-working-on-the-post-mortem-version-of-our-game","published":"2017-08-18T04:16:43Z","scope":"public","slug":"still-working-on-the-post-mortem-version-of-our-game","subsubtype":"","subtype":"","type":"post","version":140337},"node_metadata":{"n_key":"48995","n_urlkey":"316547","n_parent":"38158","n_path":"\/events\/ludum-dare\/39\/escape-from-vlast\/still-working-on-the-post-mortem-version-of-our-game","n_slug":"still-working-on-the-post-mortem","n_type":"post","n_subtype":"","n_subsubtype":"","n_author":"3787","n_created":"1503028504","n_modified":"1503038084","n_version":"140337","n_status":"WAYBACK"},"source_url":"https:\/\/ldjam.com\/events\/ludum-dare\/39\/escape-from-vlast\/still-working-on-the-post-mortem-version-of-our-game","text":"Decided to add a mechanic where the player can remotely turn on and off lights, which affects power drain.
