Here is my idea for Ludum Dare 40 :

Don’t let your ego grow bigger and bigger after getting compliments or offences. Still have to think of the game mechanics but I guess it will be a text based game with all score and visual cause-effect on your ego. The goal will be to manage the way you will take compliments and offences so that your ego keeps its balance.
