Recap of my 7 "Let's Play" and tips on making a game good for "Let's Play"
Hey there, so I'm closing my Ludum Dare 41 Let's Play video series:
This was a great theme and a very unique Jam. I played lot's of innovative game. Basically, when I was playing any game, I knew we had more than what's on the surface. The 2nd incompatible genre would always bring a twist to it, which I like.
One thing I wanted to share, is my Let's Play video on how to make a game good for "Let's Play", which includes some examples from games I've played this jam.

And below are some recap of my "Let's Play"
Let's Play #1 This was my first video entry into this Jam. A great success! I just picked games from those who posted in the discord channels I follow (GameJammers, French Game Jam, One Hour Game Jam) and played them.
Let's Play #2 This game had my first Birthday shoutout! Some more games picked from the Discord channels, and from some tweets I followed. I had a great time with Karaoke Ninja which had me sing throughout the whole game! 🎼🎤
Let's Play #3 This time, I started the list of game that were sent to me through the comment section of a post. Lot's of variety of games there, and great to show. Furry Debugging was a challenging puzzle, which I only managed to finish because I had to record my video 3 times due to technical failures!
Let's Play #4 Lot's of interesting entries. Tsun Tsun Button Mash forced me to censor my own video! But thankfully, my censor penguin came in just in time to block the sensitive material.
Let's Play #5 A particular favorite Let's Play of mine, because it was the first Let's Play video in 🇫🇷! (et oui, entièrement en Français). Every Tuesday, I make a French video, so I was happy to find all those LDJAM games made by French people. It also contains one of my favorite entry: Line-em Up
Let's Play #6 Lot's of interesting concepts there. We had Hanoi, city of scooters which had multiplayer elements, and let me name drop Indochine! The video also featured a game from my co-worker Glen, Renai Racer
Let's Play #7 My last video of the Jam. This was great, I got to play Magic and Machines and Advance Cookwares, from streamers who have previously played my game. So I was glad to return the favor.
In short, this was a great jam. I can't wait for the next occasion to do Let's Play again! (Hopefully before the next Ludum dare). For potential fun new game jams, check out the GameJammers discord channel, or Jupi's Indie Game Jam website
I hope you enjoy my work. If you'd like to see more, please feel free to subscribe to my channel!
