It's probably because i never created a horror game before and i'm having a hard time with the AI of a new enemy, a ghost, forcing me to look at the face of the ghost(which I found in the internet) every time I play test it. The ghost wasn't really that scary since I didn't put a lot of effort making it look terrifying, but considering that I get scared easily and I normally work on the game from eight pm to 2 am, where everybody in the house is asleep since it makes it easier to develop the game.\n\nI also think that it might be caused by stress. I'm really rushing the post-jam since I still have another game to develop. But my developing of games was delayed due to a windows update that rendered Unity unopenable for 4 days, in which I reverted the windows update to fix it. And also I only have 3 weeks until school starts again. I have lots of work to do in this summer vacation. I hope the sleep paralysis stop after I finished developing the game. Any advice?\n\nAnd btw whenever I experience sleep paralysis, I always close my eyes before I can feel the paralysis starting so I wouldn't see the scary shadow hallucination, then my whole body shakes and I'll hear a deep woman voice mumbling behind me (I sleep on my side because I red on the internet that it helps prevent sleep paralysis),. During the sleep paralysis I always think that the paralysis only takes a minute and will soon pass.","comments":6,"comments-timestamp":"2018-05-16T23:03:48Z","created":"2018-05-16T10:14:36Z","files":[],"files-timestamp":0,"id":97083,"love":4,"love-timestamp":"2018-05-16T13:48:24Z","meta":[],"modified":"2018-05-16T23:03:48Z","name":"I wake up daily to a sleep paralysis since I started working on my LD41 post-jam","node-timestamp":"2018-05-16T13:22:46Z","parent":75723,"parents":[1,5,9,73256,75723],"path":"\/events\/ludum-dare\/41\/black-horizon\/i-wake-up-daily-to-a-sleep-paralysis-since-i-started-working-on-my-ld41-post-jam","published":"2018-05-16T10:36:31Z","scope":"public","slug":"i-wake-up-daily-to-a-sleep-paralysis-since-i-started-working-on-my-ld41-post-jam","subsubtype":"","subtype":"","type":"post","version":287817},"node_metadata":{"n_key":"97083","n_urlkey":"331445","n_parent":"75723","n_path":"\/events\/ludum-dare\/41\/black-horizon\/i-wake-up-daily-to-a-sleep-paralysis-since-i-started-working-on-my-ld41-post-jam","n_slug":"i-wake-up-daily-to-a-sleep-paral","n_type":"post","n_subtype":"","n_subsubtype":"","n_author":"9949","n_created":"1526465676","n_modified":"1526511828","n_version":"287817","n_status":"WAYBACK"},"source_url":"https:\/\/ldjam.com\/events\/ludum-dare\/41\/black-horizon\/i-wake-up-daily-to-a-sleep-paralysis-since-i-started-working-on-my-ld41-post-jam","text":"I normally have a sleep paralysis once every 3 months but ever since I started working on the post-jam of my game last week, I woke up having sleep paralysis from five out of the eight days I worked in the post-jam. \n\nI don't know what is actually causing me this.
