I have a super poor track record with this thing but I think I will have time this go round!

*Game Engine: HTML5 (not an engine but you get the idea)

*graphics: GIMP/ MS Paint- Maybe Paint.net and inkscape!

*Sound: SFXR/I'll probably make samples at home.
