Guess it's time to do one of these posts again! I'm in for the upcoming Ludum Dare!.

I plan to target the NES (with a web-based emulator) again. This time though, I've written a library that I'm planning to test drive!

nes-starter-kit is a game engine and companion guide meant for creating action-adventure games for the NES. Gameplay on the base engine is somewhat reminiscent of the original Legend of Zelda series.

It's fully open source, and i'd love to see others adopt it some day.
