You have to manage your budget to be able to grow and buy new land for new inhabitants; The budget comes from taxes, which comes from people, you also have to make sure people have a job to keep them paying taxes; if you're bankrupt, game over, if you're not able to house a certain amount of new inhabitants (let's say it's a country rule that you have to have x new inhabitants per day\/year\/etc..), game over.\n* You're a consulting company, you start alone and you have to do contracts. You have to grow by employing new people to get new contracts. You're limited in space, so you have to buy new desks or places. If you employ someone and you don't have space left, he\/she can't work. People cost money (yeah, like in real life you know); If you're late on your contracts, your clients will not be happy and you get penalties.
