Phew, made it! 2 solid days of coding, and it turned out so much cooler than I'd even hoped :smile: Entering the jam made it a little easier to focus on the game code, and grab some art/sfx assets elsewhere. I doubt its 100% bug-free -- due to maths and spaghetti code -- but fingers-crossed.
