I'm in... TWICE!
So, I'm going in again. Probably to fail, again. But that's good. I learned a lot of things. Mostly time management and some shortcuts I could take.
For this Ludum Dare, seeing that it's the last December-dare, I want to do somethings special!
I'm joining with 2 Teams!!
Team A: Just me! Will be using: Java, Gimp. Might use library or template. Will announce it if I do, as per the rules, free and open for everyone to use.
Team B: Me, ... and my 2 daughters!! We will be using Scratch & Gimp Since the last few months my daughters (9 & 7) are going to our local chapter of CoderDojo and they like Scratch very much. So much so, that they want to make a game, like their dad does (when he finds the time these days). So I have challenged them to join me in a team and make a game for this LudumDare-43!!
We will focus on movement and a goal for the playable character. We won't do too fancy things, but I'll teach them how the logic for a game works and the win/lose conditions.
I'll work on my entry when they're shopping with their mom, at horse riding lessons, sleeping
Wish me luck, this might be the most challenging LD I've done so far!!
