Unsure if this is a team )" thing, or solo; it depends on the theme. Which I have not looked at, but Leblane has. He may go solo, or we'll team up.

  • If solo, I'll be using

    • lÖve
    • emacs
    • Schismtracker/ Milkytracker/autotracker ( https://github.com/wibblymat/ld24/blob/master/autotracker.py )
    • jfxr ( https://jfxr.frozenfractal.com/# )
    • and likely I will use the graphics from opengameart.org (likely the tiny16 set, which uses the DawnBringer 16 palette which I really, really like.) * The reason for this is to allow me time to get the CODE done, rather than spending hours doing art, which is something I tend to do (: *
    • tiled ? Depends on game theme (:
  • So anyway, this is the post about "I am in" and later, there will be posts about the progress.

  • I will not be streaming, and I just set up gogs and kanboard locally in docker to track things. I will put the code up later, and of course if it is a jam entry, it will be shared for LeBlane. Also will use mynoise.net and the pomodoro mode for time tracking.

  • I may code at Klubi. Depends. Possibly not, as I am setting up here, and... yeah.

  • I have enough tea for the compo. Do need to hit the grocery store for fruit and more soup.

  • I am FAIRLY sure this is not the weekend to try to learn the new split keyboard; but I'm messing with it today a bit.

  • w007 markdown support :metal: tho I do a bit more in orgmode these days, markdown is absolutely awesome.

I don't think I'll be using the new keyboard we built (iris, split, my keymap) for this, but I am using it today a bit. Programmers, if you were thinking of getting a split mechanical orthagonal keyboard, I can reccommend doing it. It is worth it, though it is DIFFICULT to adjust. Also, get one using tmk or qmk firmwares so you can modify it to YOUR tastes/use.
