I'm in, going compo. Scared. Next to none experience.

I've recently gave up a job at a medium-sized company where I was acting as a CTO for six years; mostly working with mobile apps and highload backends. This was quite a journey, but at some point I felt bored and decided to get into something that always tempted me: game development (is 30 years too soon for a midlife crisis? :D)

I've only published one game since then - an endless runner for iOS and Android heavily inspired by an old-school classic SkiFree game for windows. The game is called Avalanche Run and I will be really glad if you could provide some feedback :)

So I decided to challenge myself and come up with something creative. I will do the compo and I hope I won't mess it up too bad, since I have really next to none experience with game development and I am still fairly new to both C# and Unity :) :v:

I am almost certain that I will make something in 2d, since it's easier for me (yes, as a total Unity noob I am still wrapping my head around Quaternions xD) and 10 years ago I had some experience working with Flash when it was still not dead.

Hope the theme would me awesome.

Btw, why does the jam start at night? Seems a little strange :)

I would probably try to set up a twitch stream, but it seems that there are not much working software for mac to stream the screen that don't try to set the CPU on fire :D
