I'm in for LD44!

I'm in again, I lost count how long I've been doing ludum dare. As usual, I'll make something solo for the compo.

I'll be using Godot this time around. I've been waiting for the 3.1 version to come out for a year now, and I'm really excited to play around with it. It's not the first time I've used the engine, but I still hope there won't be some last minute gotchas that will prevent me from completing the compo. Other than that, I'll be using the usual Krita, Audacity and Emacs for the game.

For Ludum Dare 43 I was able to complete a small platformer where you have to sacrifice mechanics to progress, called Fallen Girl (link). People seem to really like it, which really warms my heart and inspires me to make something as enjoyable this time around. Check it out if it sounds like the kind of thing you'd like.

That's all for now. Let's see how things go from here.
