You are part of an experiment to save the mouth from plaque, bacteria and ulcers. You can move around the mouth and place towers - Toothpaste Tower, Toothbrush Tower, Mouthwash Monument, Floss Fortress.

The enemies drop teeth they have acquired - use the character to pick them up.

If you run out of teeth, GAME OVER!
