Wanted to post this again just in-case people didn't see the first on how to make cartoon-like grass.

Draw yourself some simple grass outlines and use it as an alpha map (or just use this!):

Then use settings to alter the noise and dryness color of your grass

And make sure wind is on (these are just defaults)
