If you have participated in Ludum Dare any of the past 45 times, you probably know that in order to get ratings on your game you will need to rate other games. If you voted on 20-25 games, you where almost guaranteed to get 20+ votes on your own game. But this is no longer the case!

With the old system you would get Smart-balance points (what games are sorted after) for your first 50 ratings, and all of the :hearts: you received on your comments on other peoples games.

With the new system you will only get Smart-balance points for your first 5 ratings. After you have rated 5 games you will no longer climb the list of games by only rating. The only way to climb past this point is to receive :hearts: on your comments, this is capped at 100. After reaching this it is now impossible to gain more smart balance points.

TLDR; You need to leave detailed feedback, not just rate, or your game wont gain visibility.
