I called it debugger, although now it looks for me more like a drunk programmer simulator.

The goal is to climb to the top before the red line or you will stuck in the infinite loop.

Game level was created literally from the game code, and you can create your own levels (from your codebase or any text).

If you have a horrible piece of code to walkthrough, that might a tool for you!
