Are you using any extension for monitoring Page Views, Avg. Session Durations, etc? I use Monster Insights, and realized the average session duration was only 26 seconds. Rough entry this year! I think this is a really helpful stat to look at as far as knowing if a game mechanic you worked on "worked" for the public, I only captured peoples' (albeit short) attention span for 20ish seconds. Moral of the story: I need to work more on fun mechanics that keep people playing, instead of investing time in mechanics that are neat but aren't necessary or fun.
