Then I thought that I might make things easier on myself if I went more abstract. Then I thought about reducing the options I have as much as possible.\n\nThen I joked about how I should just make my games in 1 dimension so there's no real graphics to speak of. Then I thought... why not?\n\nSo I made a little library to draw 1-d games and decides I was gonna try and make something in 1 dimension for this Ludum.\n\nTo get an idea of what that looks like... this is my current attempt to make something resembling chess (which has a board with more than one dimension, so that's already tricky).
