I will probably use my trusty Java game framework \"katsu\" (https:\/\/github.com\/berkano\/katsu) which is built on top of LibGDX. Recently upgraded all its dependencies & checked it still runs OK. Watch out for some definite programmer art, bleepy bloopy music and confusing gameplay!!
