I didn't make anything really complicated or impressive, but I stuck to the original scope I laid out for myself and avoided getting bogged down in any details. My game is complete, playable, and actually challenging enough to make it fun! But most importantly, I was able to complete the game in under 48 hours even though I couldn't dedicate all of my time to it.
