I wish I knew about this during the Jam. My lord I would have saved hours of messing around with Unity's import features. I was googling non stop and tried several other GLTF converters including Khronos and nothing worked right. Sketchfab's version allows me to download any models I have there or on there as well as a drag and drop feature right into Unity. Highly recommend.
