Tools: - Godot as my base engine - A small pile of base code mostly in the form of various Godot addons, definitely including the Godot Project Starter and Godot Helper Pack by Jason Lothamer! - Paint.NET and Clip Studio Paint for art - Audacity, BFXR, and Bosca Ceoil (probably) for audio - Possibly other things!

Aiming for the Compo this time, programmer art and all.
