Yesterday was Day One for us, and we got so much done! Since I had an extra moment to spare, I wanted to share how I've set up our workflow for changelogs.

In Notion, I set up a task database like so:

And it automatically syncs with these pages:
Why are there two, you may ask? Well, the simpler answer is that one is editable, while the other is not:
This allows me to pretty it up in Prep, and Lock the second version for anyone to take a look. Using filters, sorting and properties, I can choose exactly what I want to share as well.

This workflow is easy to duplicate and integrate into any project, and I've been using it for whenever changelogs are involved. Just another way in with Notion can be used.
