It seems to me that using Discord or blog posts isn't the best way to find a team. Does anyone else agree? Or disagree? I'd like to know what other people think.

Once upon a time there was a site for this. I'm seriously considering making a replacement. If I did, would you use it? What would you like to see as features of such a site?
