Pixelbound lets you draw bounding rectangles on top of an image. It was lovingly designed and implemented over a one-month period to be the best tool of its kind.

It can generate rectangles automatically for you, or you can create customized ones that snap into place. Uses include sprite sheet creation, UI creation, collision definition, creating hotspots on images… Check out the screenshots for example use cases.
