I'd like to work on a game dev team for the first time. So my plan was to make a post like "hi I'm looking for a team, I have x skills, I'd like someone with x skills" but a lot of potential problems arose my mind.

The Questions:

• What if the guy seemed cool at the start but then turns out to be troublesome?
• How troublesome can "troublesome" get?
• What if we just decide that we don't like each other mid-jam?
• What if the guy's profile just looks creepy? Can I just say "no thanks"?
• How to prevent these problems?
• What should I expect?
• Is there a better way to find teammates on internet?

Come on, tell me horror stories. I wanna have realistic expectations.
