Really pumped to use [crystal](https:\/\/crystal-lang.org\/) again since I found a combo ([CrSFML](https:\/\/oprypin.github.io\/crsfml\/)) that is working on Windows. If our idea is 3D, I'll go with Godot, but I'd like to give [crystal](https:\/\/crystal-lang.org\/) + [SFML](https:\/\/www.sfml-dev.org\/) a try!\n\nTools me and my roommate will be using:\n\n- Language: [crystal](https:\/\/crystal-lang.org\/)\n- Graphics Library: [SFML](https:\/\/www.sfml-dev.org\/) (via [CrSFML](https:\/\/oprypin.github.io\/crsfml\/) bindings)\n- Editor: [Sublime Text 4](https:\/\/www.sublimetext.com\/)\n- OS developing on: macOS (will be making Windows and macOS builds), roommate on PopOS (Linux)\n- Graphics: [Aseprite](https:\/\/www.aseprite.org\/)\n- Music and Sounds: [LMMS](https:\/\/lmms.io\/) and [Audacity](https:\/\/www.audacityteam.org\/), [sfxr](https:\/\/drpetter.se\/project_sfxr.html)\n\nFor those that don't know, Crystal is a programming language based on, and very similar to Ruby, except it compiles, similar to C. So it's much faster, and hence I thought good to try for game development. I love Ruby syntax for web development, so eager to apply that to game development.
