"The theme always sucks" is a common thing to hear in LDs, but I'm of the opinion that this theme is uniquely terrible.

I'm thinking more likely than not I'll just completely ignore it. But I'll give it a bit to percolate. Maybe other people will have clever ideas that inspire me.
