This is my first Ludum Dare in a long time, and I am making decent progress. The game will be a stealth/horror game where you are trying to survive aboard Deimos Station. Every 10 seconds, the lights turn on or off. While they are on, it is easier to navigate the station, but the aliens can see you easier. In the dark, it is harder for them to find you, but it is pitch black, with the only light source being the artifact in your possession.

I'm not sure if you should try escaping the station or closing the gate, what do you think? The lighting and artifact both work, I think I will work on either level design or the AI of the alien next.
