I\u2019m Sivam. One of the artists from the game [Call It A Day](https:\/\/ldj.am\/$297120) from Ludum 51.  \nSince I\u2019m mostly a 3D artist professionally, 2D graphics are a relatively new area for me. I\u2019ve learned much from this game jam! \n\nLet me share a bit about the process of drawing the map :3\n### Floor\nSince time is of the essence, what I did was taking a picture of a floor tile at home lol, and then putting it to the surgeon\u2019s table in Photoshop.\n   \n#### before and after\n![floor25.png](\/\/\/raw\/a2b\/84\/z\/52970.png)\n\nSince we\u2019ve got a mechanism for day\/night cycles, we\u2019ve decided to use red and green to represent the respective tones. We liked what we saw :)\n\n![final.png](\/\/\/raw\/a2b\/84\/z\/5294d.png)\n#### Borders\n\nSince borders are closely related to the size of the map, we had to be very sure what the dimensions are. For that we consulted our game designer.\n\nWe\u2019ve divided 3 elements for the borders.
