After being photographed locking lips at the Mugler X Hunter Schafer party during Paris Fashion Week, the 'Sk8er Boi' hitmaker appears to have confirmed a blossoming romance with the 33-year-old 'Rack City' rapper.

The 38-year-old singer was seen kissing Tyga and holding hands with him at the event.

According to a source, PEOPLE magazine: "Tyga and Avril are becoming acquainted. It's brand new. It's very informal."

It was revealed last month that Avril's engagement to Mod Sun had ended after less than a year.

"Avril and Mod Sun have been on and off for the past two months, but are no longer together as a couple," a source said at the time. "There was absolutely no third party involved in the split."

The couple began dating in 2021 and got engaged in March 2022 during a trip to Paris, France. They were last seen together at a pre-Grammy Awards event in Los Angeles earlier this month.

Shortly after the split was announced, the rapper's representative stated that the news caught him off guard.
