I can’t believe it took me so long to build this…

I’ve played a little with what Harlowe is allowing us to do, mostly by following this tutorial serie from VegetarianZombie.

So I figured out how to add dynamic links and inline pictures, how to display stuff based on variables defined at the beginning of the story, etc. As you can imagine this led to a lot of UGLY and MESSY code…

If I have time left before the COMPO submission deadline, I’ll think a little about priorizing:

CSS Styling
Making a title screen
Cleaning all that shit (and probably breaking everything in the process)

In the meantime, with 9 hours to go, I’m allowing myself a little break. So after this blogging time, I’ll probably take a short 15 to 30 minutes nap :-)
