It is a drone-based organ transplant delivery service, working title could be D (for drone)-Liver-y. The only problem is that the only way for the drone to carry the organs is with a claw machine claw. It would be an I am Bread/I am Fish-style rage game that combines soft-body physics of organs with flight controls of a drone with the infuriating claw mechanics of a claw machine.
